SWINBURNE HOUSING

Swinburne Housing has a rich history in providing housing options with ongoing support for people suffering with mental health disorders. Having been in operation since 1984, the primary objective here was to transition this business into the modern digital era. This project required a complete rebranding, website design and implementation of a new more effective marketing strategy that replaced the methods they had been using for the past 35 years.

Challenge

With any rebranding of a business with a long-standing reputation, the challenge is always to retain all the best aspects whilst modernising and improving upon all the inefficiencies that have built up over the years. With Swinburne Housing they had an excellent local reputation for providing the service they do, but no wider reach that could be discovered outside of the circles they already operated in. Our mission was to inject their brand with a modern touch and to build them a website that would allow them to leapfrog their competitors.

Solution

Our research showed us that flat, clean designs performed best in this industry so we opted for an extremely simple logo (see below) that we felt told you what they do, without even needing words. Precise and to the point. The website was built with a similar ethos in mind, to be simple yet highly effective. Swinburne Housing’s website now dominates all their local competitors, ranking 1st or 2nd on Google for all their most important search terms, generating constant referrals that will fuel their business for years to come.
