Project Description

Chilli Kitchen is a catering company offering delicious Indian street food to customers at festivals and private events up and down the UK. They had been operating for 6 months when they approached us to help develop their online presence. We developed a slick, modern website alongside complementary online and offline marketing strategies that mirrored their young and fresh appeal as a new business; enabling them to expand and grow their company.

When Chilli Kitchen approached us they already had a logo, but didn’t yet have a brand. With no online presence it was almost impossible for them to maximise their business’s potential. The catering industry is fuelled by leads and enquiries; they needed a way to generate more of them and through a streamlined process that didn’t involve wasting precious time continually chasing leads over the phone. That was the essence of the challenge, build a website that did most of the groundwork for them, so that they could focus on what they do best – cooking delicious food.

We worked closely alongside their young founder and were in agreement that with Chilli Kitchen being a young and vibrant business, their brand and website should reflect that. This meant going for a colourful, funky design that felt vibrant and full of flavour – much like their food. The website didn’t need to be complicated, just visually appealing and with a clear direction towards generating enquiries. With most clicks coming through social media, we also focussed heavily on making sure the mobile version was fast to load and quickly conveyed what they had to offer.

” Couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience. Quick communication, outstanding website and really useful input into our marketing strategy moving forward. “
